PluckMan has left the fishtank...

Well, I survived my daughter's sleepover (7 'tween girls) only to have her find our dear Plecostomus, Pluck Man, dead the next morning. He was almost eight inches long and about six years old, which I think is old for a fish...we will bury him out back tomorrow, along with several little brown bats my cats have caught and two other fish.

We're thinking about anoth
er plecostomus, or a bunch of tetras...I'm open to suggestions.

On the subject of work, I spent the day at
The Canton of Hawkes Keye & The Marche of Norborough Twelfth Night Masque on Saturday. Our friends from Tandy Leather had a vendor space and our new local leather guild, Cin City Leather Guild also had a space. Brandy and I went to help out. We got a little work done, and alot of socializing. We stayed, along with fellow guild member Rob Grove, for the feast. The nice clothing vendor next to us loaned us some garb for the feast. The food was excellent, and the company was better.

No time like the present...

Well, I had to get involved in this to join my etsy teams' blog, so I figured I may as well get my own blog up and running. I used to enjoy writing a great deal, perhaps this will be a good outlet for me.

I just finished up the Highland Renaissance Fayre in Eminence, KY. I was pleased with the show, as much as or more so than the first two years. I'll be staying in my shop on Main Street.

I've been working on some new products and some custom orders.

I've also been working on my garden. We live in a house in the city with a small plot, so I'm trying to maximize the impact in a small space, while minimizing the maintenance work. That second part is essential, as I am generally at a show during the growing season.
